Refund policy

Return & Cancellation Policy 

We offer a strict 7-day return window, which means customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in 100% original condition, with all tags, protective covers, and packaging intact.
  • The item must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Medical, surgical, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return once opened or used.

Any product showing signs of use, wear, damage, tampering, or missing parts will not be eligible for return or refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will be rejected.

Damages & Issues

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Delayed complaints will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered instruments
  • Used instruments
  • Items opened from sealed sterilized packs
  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous goods, flammable items, liquids, or gases

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After dispatch, no cancellation will be accepted.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 5% charge for prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time (to cover payment gateway fees).
  • If the order has already been packed or processed before cancellation, a processing fee will be delivery charges and 10per of value of order will be deducted.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong order, not required, change of mind), the buyer must bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is approved due to seller fault (wrong item sent), TSW will bear the return shipping charges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not directly offered.
Customers may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank/card processing timelines may vary.
