The TSW Advance CO₂ Insufflator is a high-flow laparoscopic insufflation system available in 30 L/min and 40 L/min variants. It combines controlled CO₂ delivery, an adjustable 4–30 mmHg pressure range, built-in pressure regulation, gas warming and Air Mode for compatible laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures.

Microcontroller-based closed-loop control manages pressure and gas flow, while separate digital displays show set and actual pressure, set and actual flow, delivered gas volume, gas consumption and temperature. Veress/Trocar mode selection, feather-touch controls and an internal pressure-release mechanism support straightforward operating-room use.
